Wedding Photography Packages

At Maple and Clover we like to keep our photography packages simple while offering all the coverage you will need on your wedding day. Our prices are transparent and there there are no hidden or extra charges, once you agree on a package with extras, plus travel, Ontario’s HST of 13% will be added accordingly. If you are having a destination wedding, flights and accommodation are not included in the prices displayed and an additional charge.

EXTRAS:

• Additional hour - $200

  If 6, 8 0r 10 hours is not enough then additional hours can be purchased before or on the day of your wedding day.

• 2nd Wedding Photographer - $650

  Two is better than one, more coverage, more angles, less obtrusive. The 2nd Wedding Photographer can be at either of the couples preparations and will cover additional angles at the ceremony. During the photo shoot the 2nd Wedding Photographer will be at the drinks reception capturing candid shots of your guests during the cocktail hour. This is normally a time when the couple don’t get to witness until they arrive after the photo shoot, if there’s time!

• Slideshow - $100

  Enjoy a slideshow of all your wedding images, with your own soundtrack, 20 - 30 minutes in length.

• Drone Photography - $200

  Drone photography throughout your wedding day. Perfect for group shots.

• USB & Presentation Box - $150

  Your wedding files will be presented on a Canadian made, engraved Maple USB & presentation box. This is perfect for a keepsake and to have all your wedding content in a secure place.

• 1.5 hour Engagement Shoot, 40 - 80 edited high-res images - $400

  This is a perfect opportunity for the client to meet our lead photographer at Maple and Clover. David will choose a location with the client and will shoot for 90 minutes and will produce anywhere between 40 - 80 edited high res images. These can the be used for invites or save the date, or simply displayed at your reception. 100km free travel from midtown Toronto, .58c per km thereafter.

• Expedited delivery - $450

  Skip the wait time, we will deliver your entire wedding gallery of images to you, within 1 week after your wedding day.

Travel

Free Travel is included with our10 hour package, 100 km of free travel is included with our 8 hour package, 100 km’s is calculated from our midtown location to the address of your wedding’s location. A charge of .58c per km is charged thereafter. If your wedding is taking place 3+ hrs drive from downtown Toronto, a hotel/motel accommodation is required, up to the value of $95.

Custom Packages

If you want more or less coverage, then add or subtract $200 off the chosen package to meet your needs.

Destination Weddings

Even though we are a Toronto Wedding Photography studio, we love to travel! If you’re wedding is taking place abroad, then flights and accommodation are an extra charge on top of our package prices. Accommodation will be required for the night before and the night of your wedding day.

Booking Deposit

Once you sign, seal and deliver your booking form and contract to us, via email a non-refundable (FAQ#22) booking deposit of 50% of chosen package price including extras, is required to secure your wedding day. This can be paid by e-transfer or bank cheque.
