Packages & Prices

At Maple and Clover we prefer to keep our photography packages straightforward while ensuring you have all the coverage you need on your wedding day. Our prices are transparent, and there are no hidden or additional charges. All our packages can be custom tailored.

Photography Packages

EXTRAS:

• Additional Hour: $250
  Extra hours can be purchased before or on your wedding day.

• 2nd Photographer: $650
  Adds more coverage and angles. Captures preparations, ceremony, and candid shots at the drinks reception during your photo shoot.

• 90-Minute Engagement Shoot: $250
  Includes 40-60 edited high-res images. Meet lead photographer David, choose a location, and display photos at your reception. Travel included.

• Engraved Maple USB & Presentation Box: $150
  Canadian-made keepsake for securely storing your wedding files.

Video Packages

EXTRAS:

• Additional hour - $200

  If 12 hours is not enough then additional hours can be purchased before or on the day of your wedding day.

• 2nd Wedding Filmmaker - $600

  Two is better than one, more coverage and more angles. The 2nd Wedding Filmmaker can be chosen to cover the Groom’s preparations to the end of the wedding day or based on your budget. Having a second wedding filmmaker means additional angles at the ceremony, or during the photo shoot the 2nd Filmmaker can be at the cocktail hour capturing drone footage* and candid shots of your guests. This is normally a time the couple don’t get to witness until they arrive after the photo shoot, if they have time. Prices include travel.

• 2 hour Engagement Shoot, 3 - 5 Minute Film - $300

  This is a perfect time for the client to get to know David, the lead photographer and filmmaker at Maple and Clover. David will choose a location with the client and will shoot for two hours and will produce a 3 - 5 minute engagement shoot trailer that can be played back on the day of the wedding, during the drinks reception or after the speeches.

• Full Ceremony and Speeches Films - $250 each

  Your Wedding Ceremony and Speeches are captured in their entirety with multiple angles.

Travel

We include 100 km’s of free travel with all packages. 100 km’s is calculated from our downtown office to the general direction of your wedding’s location. A charge of .50c per km is charged thereafter. If your wedding is taking place 2+ hrs drive from downtown Toronto, a hotel/motel accommodation is needed, up to the value of $65.

Destination Weddings

We love to travel! If your wedding is taking place abroad, then flights and accommodation are an extra charge on top of our package prices. Accommodation will be required for the night before and the night of your wedding day. If your wedding is taking places more than 3 hours from Toronto a motel room up to the value of $150 is needed.

Booking Deposit

Once you sign, seal and deliver your booking form and contract to us, via email a non-refundable booking deposit of 25% of chosen package price including extras or travel fees, is required to secure your wedding day. This can be paid by e-transfer or bank cheque.
